Universal Testing Serivces, LLC assists the state licensing body in their responsibility to identify entry-level professionals whose knowledge and clinical skills meet or exceed basic expected professional standards. All interested applicants are required to apply through their States Licensing Body.

For Applicants in Maine or Montana only: Maine & Montana Written and Practical Application
A 4 hour Examination of two hundred forty (240) multiple-choice and true and false questions, covering 23 competency areas.
A "hands on" Examination that tests the candidates knowledge and clinical skills meet or exceed basic expected professional standards.
